This manual provides detailed instructions on how to set up, operate, maintain, and troubleshoot your new earbuds to ensure optimal performance and a seamless audio experience. Please read this manual thoroughly before using the product.
2. What's in the Box
Upon unboxing your Wireless PRO Bluetooth 5.3 Earbuds, please verify that all the following components are included:
- Wireless Charging Case
- 2 Size Earbuds (pre-installed, plus additional sizes)
- USB-C Charging Cable
- User Manual (this document)
- Ear Cushions (additional pairs)

3. Setup and Pairing
Initial Pairing
- Power On: Remove the earbuds from the charging case. A blue indicator light will illuminate, signifying that they are automatically turned on. Alternatively, press and hold the touch area on either earbud for 3 seconds until the blue indicator light flashes.
- Activate Bluetooth: On your mobile device (e.g., Samsung Galaxy A12), navigate to the Bluetooth settings and ensure Bluetooth is enabled.
- Search and Connect: In your device's Bluetooth list, search for "F9" or "Headset". Select it to pair and connect. Once connected, the earbuds are ready for use.

4. Operating Instructions
Touch Controls
The earbuds feature intuitive touch controls for various functions:
- Answer/Hang Up Call: Press once (L/R earbud).
- Volume Up: Long press the Right (R) earbud.
- Volume Down: Long press the Left (L) earbud.
- Play/Pause: Press once (L/R earbud).
- Skip Forwards: Press twice the Right (R) earbud.
- Skip Backwards: Press twice the Left (L) earbud.
- Activate Voice Assistant (SIRI/Android Mic): Press thrice (L/R earbud).

Charging the Earbuds and Case
The charging case features a 2000mAh battery, providing extended playback time for your earbuds and can also function as a power bank for your mobile device.
- Earbud Charging: Place the earbuds into the charging case. They will automatically begin charging. The LED display on the case will show the charging status.
- Case Charging: Connect the USB-C charging cable to the case and a power source. The LED screen will indicate the charging progress of the case.
- Power Bank Function: Connect your mobile device to the USB-C port on the charging case using a compatible cable to use it as a portable power bank.
A full charge of the case provides up to 8 charges for the earbuds, offering a total of approximately 36 hours of playback time. Each earbud charge provides 6-8 hours of use.

6. Maintenance
To ensure the longevity and optimal performance of your earbuds:
- Cleaning: Regularly wipe the earbuds and charging case with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid using abrasive materials or harsh chemicals.
- Water Resistance: While the earbuds are IPX4 water-resistant, meaning they can withstand splashes and sweat, they are not designed for submersion in water. Avoid exposing them to heavy rain or showering.
- Storage: When not in use, store the earbuds in their charging case to protect them from dust and damage.
7. Troubleshooting
How to Re-Sync Earbuds
If your earbuds are not pairing correctly or only one earbud is connecting, follow these steps to re-sync them:
- Identify Earbuds: For ease of distinction, hold the Left (L) earbud with your left hand and the Right (R) earbud with your right hand.
- Power On and Hold: Turn on both earbuds. Then, press and hold the touch button on both earbuds simultaneously for 10 seconds.
- Observe LED: The LED indicators will flash red/blue. After 10 seconds, they will flash only blue. Release the touch areas.
- Tap Right Earbud: Quickly tap the Right earbud 2 times. The earbuds will continue blinking until one of them turns off (this is normal). The other earbud will continue flashing red/blue.
- Reconnect to Device: Go to your device's Bluetooth settings. "F9" or "Headset" should now appear only once in the list, instead of two separate entries. Connect your earbuds.
Note: If "F9" or "Headset" still shows up separately, repeat steps 2 and 3. Sometimes it may take a couple of tries for the devices to completely re-sync.
