Setup

1. Charging the Power Bank

Before initial use, fully charge your Case-Mate Fuel power bank. Connect a USB-C cable (included) to the USB-C port on the power bank and plug the other end into a compatible USB power adapter (not included). The LED indicators will illuminate to show the charging progress. All LEDs will be solid when fully charged.

2. Attaching to Your Device

For magnetic wireless charging, ensure your device is MagSafe-compatible (iPhone 12 series or newer) or uses a MagSafe-compatible case. Align the power bank with the back of your iPhone; the strong magnets will snap it into place, ensuring perfect alignment for efficient charging.

Operating Instructions

1. Wireless Charging

1. Press the power button on the side of the power bank once to activate it.
2. Attach the power bank to the back of your MagSafe-compatible iPhone or case. The magnetic connection will secure it.
3. A blue LED light on the power bank indicates a secure connection and active charging. Your iPhone will also display a charging animation.
4. To stop charging, simply detach the power bank or press the power button twice to turn it off.

2. Wired Charging (USB-C)

The USB-C port can be used to charge other devices that are not MagSafe-compatible. Connect a USB-C to Lightning cable or a USB-C to USB-C cable (not included) from the power bank's USB-C port to your device. Press the power button once to initiate charging.

3. Charging Multiple Devices

The Case-Mate Fuel power bank supports charging two devices simultaneously: one wirelessly via MagSafe and another via the USB-C port.

4. LED Power Indicators

Troubleshooting

1. Device Not Charging Wirelessly

• Check for proper alignment between the power bank and your iPhone. The magnets should snap securely.

2. Slow Charging

• Wireless charging speed can be affected by phone cases. Ensure your case is MagSafe-compatible and not excessively thick.
• Ensure the power bank has adequate charge. Lower power bank charge may result in slower output.

3. Power Bank Not Recharging

• Verify the USB-C cable is securely connected to both the power bank and the power adapter.

4. Device or Power Bank Overheating

• It is normal for charging devices to generate some heat. However, excessive heat may indicate an issue.
