Setup

Connecting the Pump

  1. Attach the 6ft elastic suction hose to the pump's inlet. Ensure a tight connection to prevent air leaks.
  2. Connect the water suction attachment to the free end of the suction hose. This attachment allows the pump to remove water down to a 1/8 inch level.
  3. Attach your desired discharge hose (not included) to the pump's outlet.
  4. Important: Before the first use, fill the pump head with water to wet the impeller. This is a self-priming pump, but initial priming ensures proper operation and prevents damage.
  5. Plug the pump into a standard 115V AC outlet.

Operating Instructions

General Operation

Once the pump is set up and primed, simply plug it into a 115V AC power outlet to begin operation. The pump will start transferring water immediately. Ensure the suction attachment remains submerged in the water source during operation. If the water level drops below 1/8 inch, unplug the pump to prevent it from running dry.

Maintenance

Cleaning

After each use, especially when transferring dirty water, it is recommended to flush the pump with clean water to prevent buildup and ensure optimal performance. The pump can remove water down to a 1/8 inch level, making it easy to clean out residual liquids from the source.

Impeller Replacement
