3. Setup

- Clean Components: Wash the removable bean hopper lid, ground coffee container, and the solid steel disk burr with warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry completely before reassembling. The main unit should be wiped with a damp cloth.
- Assemble: Ensure the solid steel disk burr is correctly placed. Secure the bean hopper lid and the ground coffee container into their respective positions. The dual safety system requires both to be properly engaged for operation.
- Power Connection: Plug the power cord into a standard 120V electrical outlet.
4. Operation
Follow these steps to grind your coffee beans:
- Add Coffee Beans: Pour whole coffee beans into the 100g capacity bean hopper. Ensure the hopper lid is securely closed.
- Select Grind Setting: Use the grind setting dial to choose your desired fineness. The grinder offers 14 settings, from fine (for espresso) to coarse (for French press).

5. Cleaning and Maintenance
Regular cleaning ensures optimal performance and extends the life of your coffee grinder.
- Unplug: Always unplug the grinder from the power outlet before cleaning.
- Remove Burr: Carefully take out the solid steel disk burr from the grinder.
- Clean Burr: Use the included cleaning brush to remove any residual coffee grounds from the burr.
- Clean Grinder Interior: Use the cleaning brush to clean the metallic flat disk burrs inside the grinder.
- Wash Removable Parts: The bean hopper lid and the ground coffee container are fully removable and can be washed directly with water and mild detergent. Rinse and dry thoroughly.
- Wipe Base: Wipe the exterior of the motor base with a damp cloth. Do not immerse the motor base in water.
- Reassemble: Once all parts are dry, reassemble the grinder, ensuring all components are securely in place.
