4. Setup and Assembly
Follow these steps to assemble your Dowinx LS-6692 office chair:
- Attach Casters to Base: Insert the five casters into the holes at the end of each leg of the star base until they click securely into place.
- Install Gas Lift: Place the gas lift cylinder into the center hole of the star base.
- Attach Mechanism to Seat: Align the mechanism plate with the screw holes on the underside of the seat cushion. Ensure the front of the mechanism faces the front of the seat. Secure with screws using the provided Allen key.
- Connect Armrests: Attach the armrests to the sides of the seat cushion using the designated screws.
- Attach Backrest to Seat: Align the backrest with the mounting brackets on the seat cushion and secure with screws.
- Assemble Seat onto Gas Lift: Carefully place the assembled seat and backrest onto the gas lift cylinder, ensuring it is centered and stable.

5. Operating Instructions
Your Dowinx LS-6692 chair offers several adjustable features for optimal comfort:
- Height Adjustment: Use the lever located under the seat on the right side to adjust the chair's height. Pull the lever up while seated to lower, or pull up while standing to raise.
- Lumbar Support Adjustment: The unique lumbar support can be adjusted vertically to align with your lower back curve.
- Recline Function: Pull the lever on the left side of the seat to unlock the recline. Lean back to your desired angle and push the lever down to lock it in place.
- 3D Armrests: The armrests can be adjusted in three dimensions:
- Height: Press the button on the side of the armrest to raise or lower.
- Forward/Backward: Slide the armrest pad forward or backward.
- Swivel: Rotate the armrest pad left or right.
