Setup and Installation
Initial Power-Up and Self-Check
Upon initial power-up, the camera will perform a self-check, rotating to calibrate its pan and tilt functions. Ensure the camera is connected to a stable power source (12 Volts DC).
App Download and Connection
To manage your camera, download the official Ctronics app from your device's app store (available for iOS and Android). Follow the in-app instructions for initial setup and connection. This typically involves connecting to the camera's temporary Wi-Fi hotspot and then configuring it to join your home Wi-Fi network.

Operating the Camera
30X Optical Zoom & 5MP HD Resolution
The camera offers a 5-megapixel (2560x1920) resolution for high-definition images. Utilize the 30x optical zoom by pinching or spreading on your smartphone screen to magnify details without losing image quality. This optical zoom ensures clarity even at long distances.

Pan & Tilt Functionality
Control the camera's viewing angle remotely with 355° pan and 90° tilt functions. This allows you to monitor a wide area and adjust the view as needed directly from your smartphone.

Night Vision Modes
Equipped with 2 laser LEDs, 4 infrared LEDs, and 4 white LEDs, the camera offers three night vision modes: full color (up to 165ft) and infrared (up to 492ft). This ensures clear visibility in low-light or no-light conditions.

Human Detection & Auto Tracking
The camera can differentiate between human and non-human movement, significantly reducing false alarms. When a person is detected, the camera will automatically lock onto and track their movement. Red and blue lights will flash, and an alarm sound will activate to deter intruders. You can also customize the alarm sound.

Preset Patrol & Auto Cruise Zoom
Configure the camera to patrol predefined points with customizable zoom options for each. When a person is detected during a patrol, the camera will track them and automatically zoom in for detailed observation. This feature supports simultaneous cruise and auto-tracking.

Two-Way Audio

- How do I turn on the camera?
Once the camera is powered on, it will automatically turn on and self-check the gimbals. There is no power indicator on the camera. You can cover the light detector to simulate night mode and check whether the infrared LED is on. If it is, the camera is well powered. - What if the camera network "IPCAM-xxxxxx" cannot be found and the mobile device cannot be connected to the camera?
Please reset the camera to factory settings, then search the internet again on your mobile device. (Do not connect the network cable when looking for the camera network on the mobile device). - How can I recover the password of the camera?
If you forget the password, you have to reset the camera to factory default and reset the camera. - How do I reset the camera to factory default settings?
If the camera is connected online, you can find the reset option in the APP or PC software to reset the camera. If the camera is offline, you can press and hold the reset button on the camera connection cable for 15-20 seconds to reset the camera. - How do I delete the videos on the TF card?
When the TF card is full, the camera will automatically clear the original records in the TF card. If you want to delete the video manually, you can enter Ctronics APP TF card settings and format the TF card.
