The Dallfoll Electric Milk Frother is equipped with a built-in rechargeable battery, eliminating the need for frequent battery changes. There are two convenient ways to charge your frother:

1. Direct USB Charging: Locate the micro USB charging port on the bottom part of the frother handle. Connect the provided micro USB cable directly to the frother and a suitable USB power source (e.g., computer, wall adapter).
2. Charging Dock: Place the frother handle into the charging dock. Ensure it is seated correctly. Connect the micro USB cable to the charging dock and a suitable USB power source. The indicator lights on the frother will illuminate to show charging status.

Ensure the frother is fully charged before its first use for optimal performance.

5. Assembly and Operating Instructions

5.1. Attaching Whisk Heads

To attach a whisk head, align the whisk head's connector with the port on the frother handle. Gently push until it clicks securely into place. To detach, pull the whisk head straight out from the frother handle.

5.2. Power On/Off and Speed Adjustment

The frother features an intuitive single-button operation:

• Power On/Off: Long press the power button (approximately 2-3 seconds) to turn the frother ON or OFF.
• Adjust Speed: Once the frother is ON, short press the power button to cycle through the three available speed settings (Low, Medium, High). The frother will remember the last speed setting used when turned off.

5.3. Recommended Usage for Different Applications

Select the appropriate whisk head for your desired application:

• Milk Frothing (Spring Whisk): Immerse the spring whisk head into milk (cold or warm). Turn on the frother and select your desired speed. Move the frother up and down gently to create rich foam in approximately 20-30 seconds. Ideal for lattes, cappuccinos, and hot chocolate.
• Egg Beating (Balloon Whisk): Use the balloon whisk head for beating eggs, mixing batters, or whipping cream. Place the whisk into the ingredients and operate at a suitable speed until desired consistency is achieved.
• Mixing (Hook Whisk): The hook whisk is suitable for mixing thicker liquids or light batters.

6. Care and Maintenance

Proper cleaning and maintenance will extend the life of your frother:

• Whisk Heads: The detachable whisk heads are made of food-grade stainless steel and can be rinsed directly under running water after each use. For thorough cleaning, they can be washed with mild soap and water. Ensure they are completely dry before storing.
• Frother Handle: The main frother handle unit is NOT waterproof. Do NOT immerse the handle in water or other liquids. Wipe the handle clean with a damp cloth.
• Storage: Store the frother and its accessories in a dry place, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
