Safety Information
- Important: This device is not a toy. Keep out of reach of children.
- Do not use this collar on aggressive dogs.
- Avoid leaving the collar on the dog for more than 12 hours per day to prevent skin irritation.
- Regularly check the contact area for signs of irritation or sores. If found, discontinue use until the skin heals.
- Always start with the lowest stimulation level and gradually increase if necessary.
- Ensure proper fit; the collar should be snug but not overly tight.
Setup
1. Charging the Devices
Before first use, fully charge both the remote transmitter and the receiver collar.
- Connect the USB charging cable to the charging ports on both the remote and receiver.
- Plug the other end of the USB cable into a standard USB power adapter (not included).
- The indicator lights will show charging status (refer to device indicators for specific colors/patterns).
- Charging typically takes 2-3 hours. Disconnect once fully charged.
2. Attaching the Contact Points
Select the appropriate contact points (short for short-haired dogs, long for long-haired dogs) and screw them onto the receiver collar.
3. Fitting the Receiver Collar
- Place the receiver collar around your dog's neck so that the contact points touch the skin.
- Adjust the strap to ensure a snug fit. You should be able to fit one finger snugly between the collar and your dog's neck.
- If the collar is too loose, the stimulation may not be consistent. If too tight, it can cause skin irritation.
- Trim any excess collar strap if necessary, ensuring the cut end is sealed to prevent fraying.
