1. Important Safety Information

Please read all instructions carefully before assembly and use. Keep this manual for future reference.

Maximum weight capacity: 300 lbs (136 kg). Do not exceed this limit.
Ensure all bolts and screws are securely tightened before use. Periodically check and re-tighten as necessary.
Do not stand on the chair.
Use the chair on a flat, stable surface.
Keep children away from moving parts during assembly.

3. Assembly Instructions

Estimated assembly time: 30 minutes. Two people recommended for easier assembly.

Attach Casters to Base: Insert each caster into the holes at the end of each leg of the 5-star base until it clicks securely.
Insert Gas Lift: Place the gas lift cylinder into the center hole of the 5-star base.
Attach Mechanism to Seat: Align the seat mechanism with the pre-drilled holes on the underside of the seat cushion. Secure with bolts. Ensure the front of the mechanism faces the front of the seat.
Attach Armrests to Seat: Secure the armrests to the sides of the seat cushion using the provided bolts. Do not fully tighten bolts until all are in place.
Attach Backrest to Seat/Armrests: Align the backrest with the armrests and the seat. Secure with bolts. Once all bolts are in place for the seat, backrest, and armrests, tighten them completely.
Connect Seat Assembly to Gas Lift: Carefully place the assembled seat and backrest onto the gas lift cylinder, ensuring the tapered end of the gas lift fits into the mechanism's opening.

4. Operating Instructions

4.1. Seat Height Adjustment

To adjust the seat height:

To raise: While standing, pull the lever located on the right side of the seat upwards. The seat will rise. Release the lever at the desired height.
To lower: While seated, pull the lever located on the right side of the seat upwards. The seat will lower. Release the lever at the desired height.

4.2. Tilt Mechanism and Tension Control

The chair features a synchro-tilt mechanism allowing the backrest and seat to recline together.

To unlock tilt: Pull the lever on the left side of the seat upwards. The chair will now allow rocking motion.
To lock tilt: Push the lever on the left side of the seat downwards. The chair will lock in its upright position.
Tilt Tension Adjustment: Rotate the round knob located under the front of the seat. Turn clockwise to increase tension (making it harder to recline) or counter-clockwise to decrease tension (making it easier to recline).

4.3. Flip-up Armrests

The armrests can be flipped up to allow the chair to slide further under a desk, saving space.

Simply lift the armrests upwards until they lock into the vertical position.
To return them to the down position, gently pull them downwards.

5. Care and Maintenance

Cleaning: Wipe the bonded leather surfaces with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.
Inspection: Periodically check all bolts and screws to ensure they are tight. Re-tighten if necessary to maintain stability and safety.
Casters: Clean casters regularly to remove dust and debris that may hinder smooth rolling.
Avoid Direct Sunlight: Prolonged exposure to direct sunlight can cause the leather to fade or crack.

6. Troubleshooting

Problem	Possible Cause	Solution
Chair wobbles or feels unstable	Loose bolts or uneven assembly.	Check and tighten all assembly bolts. Ensure the chair is on a flat surface.
Seat does not adjust height	Gas lift cylinder malfunction or lever not engaged.	Ensure the height adjustment lever is fully pulled up. If the issue persists, contact customer support.
Chair does not recline or recline too easily/stiffly	Tilt lock engaged or tension knob incorrectly adjusted.	Disengage the tilt lock lever. Adjust the tilt tension knob (under the seat) to your preference.
Casters do not roll smoothly	Debris caught in casters.	Remove any hair or debris from the caster wheels.
