2. Safety Instructions

4. Setup and Assembly
4.1 Charging the Tool
The rotary tool is powered by a 4V Li-ion battery and charges via a USB-C port. Before first use, fully charge the tool.
- Locate the USB-C charging port on the tool (refer to Figure 1.1).
- Connect the provided USB-C cable to the tool and to a compatible USB power source (e.g., wall adapter, power bank, computer USB port).
- The charging indicator light will illuminate during charging and change color or turn off when fully charged.
4.2 Installing/Changing Accessories
To install or change accessories, follow these steps:
- Ensure the tool is turned off and disconnected from any power source.
- Press and hold the spindle button to lock the chuck.
- Unscrew the chuck nut counter-clockwise using the provided wrench or by hand until it is loose enough to insert an accessory.
- Insert the shank of the desired accessory into the collet, ensuring it is fully seated.
- Tighten the chuck nut clockwise while still holding the spindle button, until the accessory is securely fastened. Do not overtighten.
- Release the spindle button.

4.3 Attaching the Protective Shield
For certain applications, especially cutting or grinding, attach the protective shield to enhance user safety.
- Ensure the tool is off and an accessory is securely installed.
- Align the protective shield with the front of the tool, ensuring the opening faces away from the accessory.
- Snap or screw the shield into place according to its design, ensuring it is firmly attached and does not interfere with the accessory's rotation.

5. Operation
5.1 Powering On/Off
To turn the tool on or off, use the designated On-Off switch (refer to Figure 1.1).
- Press the On-Off switch to the 'On' position to start the tool.
- Press the On-Off switch to the 'Off' position to stop the tool.
5.2 Adjusting Speed
The tool features 5 variable speed settings, allowing you to select the appropriate RPM for different materials and tasks. Use the speed control button (refer to Figure 1.1) to cycle through the settings.

- Engraving/Carving: Utilize HSS cutters or diamond bits for intricate detailing, lettering, and decorative work on wood, metal, glass, and plastic.

- Cutting: Use cut-off wheels with the protective shield to cut through thin metal, plastic, or wood.
- Drilling: Employ HSS drill bits for creating small holes in wood, plastic, or soft metals.
- Cleaning: Use wire brushes or bristle brushes to remove rust, corrosion, or clean intricate parts.
