2. Safety Instructions

4. Product Overview

Familiarize yourself with the components of your TECCPO rotary tool:

  • 5-Speed Setting: Allows selection of operating speed.

5. Setup

Initial Charging

Before first use, fully charge the rotary tool. The 4V Lithium-Ion battery provides up to 60 minutes of no-load operation when fully charged.

  1. Locate the USB-C charging port on the tool.
  2. Connect the provided USB-C cable to the tool and to a compatible USB power source (e.g., computer, power bank, or USB wall adapter).
  3. The charging indicator lights will show the charging status. Charge until all indicator lights are solid, indicating a full charge.

Attaching Accessories

To change or attach an accessory:

  1. Ensure the tool is turned OFF.
  2. Press and hold the spindle button to lock the spindle.
  3. Unscrew the chuck nut counter-clockwise using the provided wrench.
  4. Insert the desired accessory shank into the chuck, ensuring it is fully seated.
  5. Tighten the chuck nut clockwise with the wrench while still holding the spindle button. Release the spindle button once the accessory is secure.

6. Operation

Powering On/Off

To turn the tool ON, slide the On-Off switch to the 'ON' position. To turn it OFF, slide the switch to the 'OFF' position.

Speed Adjustment

The tool features 5 adjustable speed settings, ranging from 5000 RPM to 25000 RPM. Use the speed adjustment buttons (up/down arrows) to select the appropriate speed for your task. The current speed level will be indicated by the LED lights.

General Usage Tips

  • Light Pressure: Allow the tool and accessory to do the work. Applying excessive pressure can reduce efficiency and damage the tool or workpiece.
  • Maintain Control: Hold the tool firmly with both hands if necessary, ensuring stable control during operation.
  • Protective Shield: Attach the protective shield for tasks involving cutting or sanding to minimize debris exposure.

8. Charging

The TECCPO rotary tool features a portable USB-C charging system for convenience.

  • The tool is equipped with a 4V Lithium-Ion rechargeable battery.
  • Use the included USB-C cable to charge the device.
  • You can connect the USB-C cable to a computer, a power bank, or a standard USB wall adapter.
  • The battery capacity is 2 Amp-hours (Ah), providing sufficient power for various tasks.

9. Maintenance

Cleaning

  • Always disconnect the tool from any charging source before cleaning.
  • Use a soft, dry cloth to wipe down the tool's exterior. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.

Storage
