Troubleshooting

If your Aigostar coffee grinder is not functioning as expected, please refer to the following common troubleshooting steps:

  • Grinder Not Working:
    • Check that the coffee powder collector is firmly LOCKED into position. Push it to the end with force until you hear a 'click'. A micro-switch prevents operation if not properly seated.
    • Ensure the coffee bean hopper is securely locked. Align the bean hopper mark with the mark on the base and turn clockwise until it clicks.
  • Beans Stuck: If beans get stuck, gently shake the grinder. Alternatively, remove the beans, wait a moment, and then restart the grinding process.
  • Machine Stops Working (Overheating): The coffee grinder has a maximum working time of 90 seconds per use. To prevent overheating, allow the appliance to cool down for 60 seconds between uses.
  • Moisture Issues: Ensure all parts are completely dry before using the appliance again, especially after cleaning.
