Assembly and Initial Setup

Before first use, clean all parts that will come into contact with food as described in the "Care and Cleaning" section.

  1. Place the Mixer: Position the stand mixer on a clean, dry, and stable surface. Ensure the suction cups on the base firmly grip the countertop.
  2. Tilt the Head: Press the Rise Knob (2) and tilt the motor head upwards until it locks into place.
  3. Attach the Bowl: Place the 8L stainless steel mixing bowl (5) onto the base, aligning the grooves, and turn it clockwise until it locks securely.
  4. Insert Attachment: Select the desired attachment (Dough Hook (6), Flat Beater (7), or Whisk (8)). Insert the attachment into the output shaft (1) and turn it counter-clockwise until it clicks into place.
  5. Lower the Head: Press the Rise Knob (2) again and gently lower the motor head until it locks into its operating position.
  6. Attach Splash Guard: If desired, slide the splash guard (11) onto the motor head, ensuring it covers the bowl opening.
