The NEXTORCH WL14 Pistol Light is a high-performance, miniature tactical weapon light designed for reliability and ease of use. 2. Safety Information
WARNING: When installing or removing the WL14, always remove the magazine and ensure the pistol is empty before proceeding.
Always handle firearms responsibly and follow all applicable safety guidelines. Ensure the weapon is unloaded and safe before attaching or detaching any accessories. Do not look directly into the light beam to avoid temporary vision impairment. Keep the device out of reach of children.
3. Setup
3.1 Charging the Device
The WL14 features a built-in rechargeable battery and a convenient Type-C direct charging port. No need to disassemble the light for charging.
- Locate the Type-C charging port on the device.
- Connect the provided Type-C charging cable to the light and to a compatible USB power source (not included).
- The charging indicator will show red while charging and turn blue when fully charged.

3.2 Installation on Rail Systems
The WL14 is designed with an innovative one-handed quick release rail system, compatible with both standard Picatinny rails (MIL-STD-1913) and Glock rails. Ensure your firearm has a compatible rail system before installation.
- Safety First: Ensure the firearm is unloaded and safe. Remove the magazine and verify the chamber is empty.
- Loosen the Rail-Adjustment Bolt using a hexagonal wrench or screwdriver.
- Push the Rail-Adjustment Bolt forward to loosen the Moveable Rail.
- Position the WL14 with the reflector facing in the direction of the muzzle of the weapon. The gun light can be preliminarily fixed by pushing the moveable rail tightly with one hand.
- Turn the Rail-Adjustment Bolt clockwise as tightly as fingers allow. Then use a screwdriver to tighten the screws securely.

4. Operating Instructions
The WL14 features dual side switches for easy and flexible operation, suitable for both left and right-handed users. It also includes an intelligent memory mode function to retain your preferred setting.
4.1 Turning On and Off
- Click either the left or right button once to turn the light on or off.
4.2 Mode Switching
- To switch between the two modes (High and Low), press both the left and right switches at the same time.
- The light will remember the last used mode when turned off and on again.

5. Maintenance
The NEXTORCH WL14 is designed for durability and minimal maintenance. Its robust construction ensures reliable performance in various conditions.
5.1 Cleaning
Wipe the light with a clean, soft cloth. Avoid using abrasive cleaners or solvents that could damage the finish or internal components.
5.2 Water and Impact Resistance
The WL14 is IPX7 waterproof, meaning it can withstand immersion in water up to 1 meter for 30 minutes. It is also 1-meter drop-proof, providing comprehensive protection against bumps and rain. While durable, avoid unnecessary exposure to extreme conditions or impacts.

6. Troubleshooting
If you encounter issues with your NEXTORCH WL14, refer to the following common problems and solutions:
- Light not turning on:
- Ensure the battery is charged. Connect the light to a Type-C charger and check the indicator light.
- Verify that the side switches are being pressed correctly. A firm click should activate the light.
- Light is dim or not reaching full brightness:
- The battery may be low. Recharge the device fully.
- Ensure the light is set to the High mode by pressing both side switches simultaneously.
- Light feels loose on the rail:
- Re-tighten the Rail-Adjustment Bolt using a screwdriver to ensure a secure fit.
- Confirm that the light is installed on a compatible Picatinny or Glock rail system.
- Battery life seems shorter than expected:
- Ensure the light is fully charged before use.
- Operating continuously on High mode will deplete the battery faster than Low mode. High mode provides approximately 1 hour 15 minutes of runtime, while Low mode offers 2 hours 30 minutes.
