2. Setup Instructions
- Prepare the Filter: Remove the PUR Plus filter from its packaging. Submerge the filter in cold water for 15 minutes to prime it. This helps remove air bubbles and prepares the filter for optimal performance.
- Wash the Pitcher: Wash the pitcher, lid, and filter housing with mild soap and water. Rinse thoroughly. The pitcher is dishwasher safe (top rack only).
- Insert the Filter: Insert the prepared filter into the filter housing. Twist it clockwise to lock it securely in place.

3. Operating Instructions
- Filling the Pitcher: Open the small lid on the top of the pitcher. Place the pitcher under a cold water tap and fill the upper reservoir with water. The water will slowly filter through to the main pitcher chamber.
- Filter Change Indicator: The pitcher is equipped with a filter gauge light on the lid. Press the button to check the filter status:
- Green Light: Filter is working optimally.
- Yellow Light: Filter needs to be replaced soon.
- Red Light: Filter needs to be replaced immediately.
- Pouring Water: The LockFit cap design allows you to pour water while the remaining water in the reservoir is still filtering, minimizing spills.

4. Maintenance
