Battery Installation

The mouse requires one AA battery for operation. To install the battery:

1. Locate the battery compartment cover on the bottom of the mouse.
2. Slide the cover open.
3. Insert the included AA battery, ensuring the positive (+) and negative (-) terminals align correctly with the indicators inside the compartment.
4. Close the battery compartment cover securely.

Connecting Your Mouse

The mouse supports two wireless connectivity options: 2.4 GHz via USB receiver and Bluetooth 5.0.

2.4 GHz Wireless Connection

1. Locate the USB receiver, typically stored inside the battery compartment of the mouse.
2. Plug the USB receiver into an available USB port on your computer.
3. Turn on the mouse using the power switch on the bottom.
4. The mouse should automatically connect to your computer.

Bluetooth Connection

1. Turn on the mouse using the power switch on the bottom.
2. Press and hold the Bluetooth pairing button (usually located on the bottom or side of the mouse) until the LED indicator starts blinking, indicating pairing mode.
3. On your device (computer, tablet, or phone), go to Bluetooth settings.
4. Search for new devices and select "Targus AMB582GL" (or similar name) from the list.
5. Follow any on-screen prompts to complete the pairing process.
