  1. Connect the supplied USB-C charging cable to the Type C Input Port on the jump starter.
  2. Connect the other end of the USB-C cable to a compatible USB wall adapter (not included) or the 12V DC Car Charger.
  3. The battery level LED display will indicate charging progress. The unit is fully charged when all LED indicators are solid.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1. Jump Starting a Vehicle

Follow these steps carefully to safely jump start your vehicle:

  1. Prepare the Vehicle: Ensure the vehicle's ignition is off and all accessories (lights, radio, A/C) are turned off. Engage the parking brake.
  2. Connect Clamps to Jump Starter: Plug the smart battery clamps into the Jump Starter Cable Socket on the jump starter unit. Ensure a secure connection.
  3. Connect Clamps to Battery:
    • Connect the RED (+) positive clamp to the positive (+) terminal of the vehicle's battery.
    • Connect the BLACK (-) negative clamp to the negative (-) terminal of the vehicle's battery.

The smart clamps will indicate if the connection is correct. If an error is detected (e.g., reverse polarity), the clamps will prevent power flow and alert you.

  4. Start the Vehicle: Once the clamps are correctly connected and the jump starter indicates readiness, attempt to start your vehicle. Do not crank for more than 3 seconds. If the vehicle does not start, wait at least 30 seconds before trying again.
  5. Disconnect Clamps: As soon as the vehicle starts, disconnect the BLACK (-) negative clamp first, followed by the RED (+) positive clamp. Then, disconnect the clamps from the jump starter unit.
