1. Introduction

This manual provides comprehensive instructions for the installation, configuration, and operation of the OlideSmart 2.4GHz WiFi Access Control System. This system allows for remote and smart control of an electric magnetic door lock using a smartphone application, wireless remote controls, and a wireless push switch. Please read this manual thoroughly before installation and use to ensure proper function and safety.

4. Product Overview

The OlideSmart Access Control System consists of a central WiFi receiver, an electric magnetic lock, and various control methods.

4.1 OS210WN WiFi Receiver

This is the main control unit. It connects to your 2.4GHz WiFi network and communicates with the electric lock, remote controls, and push switches. Key components include:

• Electric Lock Connect Terminal: For wiring the magnetic lock.
• Wi-Fi Indicator: Shows the status of the Wi-Fi connection.
• Wi-Fi Learning Button: Used to pair the receiver with your Wi-Fi network.
• 2.4GHz Wireless Learning Button: Used to pair wireless remotes and push switches.
• Indicator (Green): Power and status indicator.
• Timer Adjustment: For setting the unlock duration.

4.2 Electric Magnetic Door Lock

The magnetic lock provides secure access control with a 400lb holding force. It consists of an electromagnet and an armature plate. When powered, the electromagnet holds the armature plate, securing the door.

4.3 Wireless Remote Control

A compact remote for convenient unlocking of the door from a short distance.

4.4 Wireless Slim Push Switch

A wireless button that can be easily mounted near the door for local access control. It communicates wirelessly with the receiver.

6. Setup and Installation

Follow these steps for proper installation of your OlideSmart Access Control System.

6.1 Wiring Diagram

1. Connect Power Adapter: Plug the 12V power adapter into the receiver's DC12V input terminal.
2. Connect Magnetic Lock: Wire the electric magnetic lock to the "LOCK" terminals (NC, COM, NO) on the receiver. Ensure correct polarity and connection type (Fail-Safe or Fail-Secure) based on your lock and desired operation. The diagram shows a Fail-Safety lock connected to NC and COM.
3. Mount Receiver: Secure the OS210WN receiver in a suitable location, ensuring it is within range of your 2.4GHz WiFi router.
4. Mount Magnetic Lock: Install the magnetic lock and its armature plate on your door frame and door according to the lock manufacturer's instructions.

6.2 Wi-Fi Connection and App Setup

1. Download App: Download the "Tuya Smart" app from your smartphone's app store (available for iOS and Android).
2. Register/Login: Create an account or log in to the Tuya Smart app.
3. Enter Pairing Mode: Power on the OlideSmart receiver. Press and hold the "Wi-Fi Learning Button" on the receiver until the Wi-Fi indicator starts blinking rapidly.
4. Add Device in App: In the Tuya Smart app, tap "+" to add a new device. Select "Security & Sensor" -> "Door Lock (Wi-Fi)" or use the auto-scan feature.
5. Connect to Wi-Fi: Follow the in-app instructions to connect the receiver to your 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network. Ensure your phone is also connected to the same 2.4GHz network during setup.
6. Name Device: Once connected, you can name your device (e.g., "Front Door Lock").

The system is compatible with Alexa and Google Home. Refer to the respective smart home app instructions for integrating the Tuya Smart device.

6.3 Pairing Wireless Remote and Push Switch

1. Enter Learning Mode: Briefly press the "2.4GHz Wireless Learning Button" on the receiver. The indicator light will illuminate, indicating it's in learning mode.
2. Activate Remote/Switch: Within 5 seconds, press the button on the wireless remote control or the wireless push switch you wish to pair.
3. Confirmation: The receiver's indicator light will flash or beep to confirm successful pairing.
4. Repeat: Repeat the process for any additional wireless remotes or push switches.

The wireless push switch can be easily attached to a wall or door frame using 3M adhesive. It has a maximum signal transmission range of 30 meters.

7. Operating Instructions

Once installed and configured, you can operate your access control system using various methods:

• Smartphone App (Tuya Smart): Open the Tuya Smart app, select your door lock device, and tap the unlock button. You can unlock the door from anywhere with an internet connection.
• Wireless Remote Control: Press the button on the handheld remote to momentarily unlock the door.
• Wireless Push Switch: Press the slim push switch to momentarily unlock the door.
• Voice Control (Alexa/Google Home): If integrated, use voice commands (e.g., "Alexa, unlock the front door").

The unlock duration can be adjusted via the timer setting on the receiver (refer to Figure 1 for location).

8. Maintenance

• Cleaning: Wipe the receiver and other components with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
• Battery Replacement: Replace batteries in wireless remotes and push switches as needed. Refer to the specific device's instructions for battery type and replacement procedure.
• Firmware Updates: Periodically check the Tuya Smart app for any available firmware updates for the receiver to ensure optimal performance and security.
• Magnetic Lock Inspection: Ensure the magnetic lock and armature plate are clean and free of debris to maintain full holding force.

9. Troubleshooting

• Device not connecting to Wi-Fi:
  • Ensure your router is 2.4GHz. The receiver does not support 5GHz Wi-Fi.
  • Check Wi-Fi signal strength at the receiver's location.
  • Verify correct Wi-Fi password entry in the app.
  • Restart your router and the receiver, then try pairing again.
• Wireless remote/push switch not working:
  • Ensure the remote/switch is within the 30-meter range of the receiver.
  • Check the battery in the remote/switch and replace if necessary.
  • Re-pair the remote/switch with the receiver following the instructions in Section 6.3.
• Magnetic lock not engaging/disengaging:
  • Verify all wiring connections to the magnetic lock and receiver are secure and correct.
  • Check if the receiver is receiving power (green indicator light).
  • Ensure the magnetic lock and armature plate are properly aligned and free of obstructions.
• App control delayed or unresponsive:
  • Check your internet connection and Wi-Fi signal strength.
  • Ensure the Tuya Smart app is updated to the latest version.
  • Restart the app and try again.
