5. Installation
This LED disk light can be flush mounted onto a junction box or used as a recessed light upgrade. Follow these steps for proper installation:

5.2 Step-by-Step Installation
- Prepare the Junction Box: Ensure the junction box is securely installed in the ceiling. Turn off power at the circuit breaker before proceeding.
- Connect Wiring: Connect the black wire from the fixture to the black (live) wire from the junction box using a wire nut. Connect the white wire from the fixture to the white (neutral) wire from the junction box using a wire nut. Connect the green (ground) wire from the fixture to the bare copper (ground) wire from the junction box using a wire nut. Ensure all connections are secure.
- Mount the Fixture: Align the fixture with the junction box. For surface mount, use the provided screws to secure the fixture directly to the junction box. For recessed applications, ensure the fixture's spring clips are properly engaged with the can.
- Secure the Cover: Once the wiring is connected and the fixture is mounted, attach the decorative cover by twisting it into place until it is flush with the ceiling.
