4. Setup
4.1 Unpacking
Carefully remove the oven and all accessories from the packaging. Dispose of packaging materials responsibly. Check for any damage during transit. If any damage is found, do not use the appliance and contact customer support.
4.2 Placement
- Place the oven on a flat, stable, and heat-resistant surface.
- Ensure there is at least 10-15 cm of clear space on all sides (back, top, and sides) for proper ventilation.
- Do not place the oven near water sources, heat sources, or flammable materials.

4.3 Initial Cleaning
Before first use, wipe the interior and exterior of the oven with a damp cloth. Wash all accessories (tray, grill, crumb tray) with warm soapy water, rinse thoroughly, and dry completely.
4.4 First Use (Burn-in)
To eliminate any manufacturing residues or odors, operate the oven empty for approximately 15 minutes:
- Plug the oven into a suitable power outlet.
- Set the temperature knob to maximum (230°C).
- Set the function knob to a heating mode (e.g., static or combined).
- Set the timer knob to 15 minutes.
- A slight odor or smoke may be present during this initial operation; this is normal. Ensure the area is well-ventilated.
- Once the timer finishes, turn all knobs to the OFF position and unplug the oven. Allow it to cool completely before proceeding.
5. Operating Instructions
5.1 General Operation
- Place food on the appropriate accessory (tray or grill) and insert it into the oven at the desired height.
- Close the oven door securely.
- Set the Temperature Control Knob to the desired temperature (80°C - 230°C).
- Select the desired cooking mode using the Function Selector Knob. The oven offers 6 cooking modes, including static, ventilated, and combined options.
- Set the Timer Knob for the required cooking duration (up to 60 minutes). The oven will automatically turn off and emit an acoustic alert when the time expires. For continuous operation, select the "timer excluded" function.
- The power indicator light will illuminate, indicating the oven is heating.
- To check food during cooking, the internal light can be used.
- Once cooking is complete, carefully remove the food using the provided handle and oven mitts.
