4.1. Connecting to a Speaker Cabinet
The JOYO Meteor II BanTamp XL is an amplifier head and requires connection to a speaker cabinet to produce sound.
- Ensure the amplifier is powered off.
- Connect the provided speaker cable from the "SPEAKER OUTPUTS" jack on the rear panel of the amplifier to the input of your speaker cabinet.
- Important: Ensure your speaker cabinet has an impedance of 8 ohms or higher. Connecting to a speaker with impedance less than 8 ohms may damage the amplifier.

- Connect the included power adapter to the "DC18V 2.0A" input on the rear panel.
- Plug the power adapter into a suitable power outlet.
4.3. Guitar Input
- Connect your electric guitar to the "INPUT" jack on the front panel using a standard 1/4-inch instrument cable.
- Note: This amplifier is designed for electric guitars. Do not connect bass guitars or acoustic guitars directly to this input.

- Alternatively, use the included footswitch to toggle between channels. Connect the footswitch to the "FOOTSWITCH" jack on the rear panel.
