Important Safety Instructions

• Always ensure the safety lock is properly engaged before operating the juicer to prevent leaks and ensure safe high-speed operation.
• Do not immerse the motor base in water or other liquids. Clean with a damp cloth only.
• Keep hands and utensils out of the feed chute during operation to prevent injury. Always use the food pusher.
• Unplug the appliance from the outlet when not in use, before assembling or disassembling parts, and before cleaning.
• Do not operate any appliance with a damaged cord or plug, or after the appliance malfunctions or has been damaged in any manner.

Setup

1. Place the motor base on a stable, flat, and dry surface.
2. Ensure the pulp container is correctly positioned at the back of the motor base.
3. Insert the stainless steel filter basket with the cutter head into the motor base, ensuring it sits firmly.
4. Place the transparent lid over the filter basket, aligning the juice spout with the opening for the juice pitcher.
5. Secure the lid by lifting and locking the safety locking bar into place. You should hear a click.
6. Position the juice pitcher under the juice spout.
7. Insert the food pusher into the feed chute.
8. Plug the juicer into a grounded electrical outlet.

Operating Instructions

Preparing Ingredients:

• Wash all fruits and vegetables thoroughly.
• For larger items, cut them into pieces that fit comfortably into the 3.5-inch food chute. Small apples can be juiced whole.
• Remove large seeds (e.g., from peaches, plums) and hard pits.
• Peel citrus fruits (oranges, lemons, limes) as their peels can impart a bitter taste.

Juicing Process:

1. With the juicer assembled and plugged in, turn the control dial to the desired speed setting:
   • "I" (Low Speed): 12000-18000 RPM, suitable for soft fruits and vegetables such as oranges, strawberries, grapes, and tomatoes.
   • "II" (High Speed): 18000-27000 RPM, suitable for hard fruits and vegetables such as carrots, apples, pineapples, and celery.
2. Gradually feed the prepared ingredients into the feed chute.
3. Use the food pusher to gently guide the ingredients down. Do not force ingredients, as this can damage the motor or reduce juice yield.
4. Fresh juice will flow into the juice pitcher, and pulp will collect in the pulp container.
5. To stop juicing, turn the control dial to "0" (Pause).

Cleaning and Maintenance

Regular cleaning ensures the longevity and hygienic operation of your juicer.

1. Unplug the juicer from the power outlet before cleaning.
2. Disassemble all removable parts: food pusher, lid, filter basket, pulp container, and juice pitcher.
3. All removable parts are dishwasher safe. For manual cleaning, rinse them under running water and use a brush to remove any pulp residue from the filter basket.
4. Wipe the motor base with a damp towel. Do not immerse the motor base in water.
5. Ensure all parts are completely dry before reassembling or storing the juicer.
