The CS-360FH is a high-performance drive recorder designed to capture a full 360-degree view around your vehicle, both inside and out, using a unique dual-camera system. It incorporates advanced features such as STARVIS technology for clear night recording, HDR for optimal image quality, and a maintenance-free microSD card system.
2. Product Overview
The CELLSTAR CS-360FH drive recorder features two cameras, each with a 180-degree wide-angle lens, combining to provide a seamless 360-degree recording experience. This design minimizes distortion often found in single-lens 360-degree cameras.

Key Features:
- 360° Recording: Two 180° cameras capture both the exterior and interior of the vehicle simultaneously.
- High-Quality Imaging: Equipped with STARVIS IMX307 sensors (Ver.2 Night Clear) for superior low-light performance and HDR (High Dynamic Range) for clear recording in varying light conditions.
- Infrared LED: The interior camera includes infrared LEDs for clear recording inside the vehicle, day or night.
- GPS Functionality: Built-in GPS provides location data and offers warning functions for dangerous areas during driving.
- MicroSD Card Maintenance-Free: CELLSTAR's proprietary file system reduces file fragmentation, eliminating the need for regular formatting. A 32GB microSD card is included.
- 1.44-inch LCD: For live view, playback, and settings adjustment.
- Disaster Warning Service: Displays and audibly alerts users to disaster information (earthquakes, tsunamis) issued by government agencies via quasi-zenith satellites.
- Parking Mode: (Requires optional GDO-10) Records events for up to 12 hours when the engine is off.
- Radar Detector Connection: Compatible with CELLSTAR radar detectors via the GDO-11 connection code (sold separately) for integrated power input and video output.
3. Setup
3.1 Mounting the Drive Recorder
- Clean the windshield surface where the drive recorder will be mounted. Ensure it is free of dust and grease.
- Attach the adhesive mount to the drive recorder.
- Carefully position the drive recorder on the windshield, ensuring a clear view for both cameras and minimal obstruction to the driver's view. Press firmly to secure the adhesive mount.
- Adjust the camera angles to ensure optimal coverage for both the front and interior views.
3.2 Power Connection
The CS-360FH is designed for 12V vehicle-specific power. Connect the included DC cigar cord to the drive recorder and your vehicle's cigar lighter socket.
3.3 Optional GDO-11 Radar Detector Connection
If you have a compatible CELLSTAR radar detector, you can connect the drive recorder using the GDO-11 connection code (sold separately). This allows the radar detector to supply power to the drive recorder and display its video output (live view or playback). 4. Operating Instructions
4.1 Recording Modes
The CS-360FH offers three primary recording modes:
- Continuous Recording Mode: Automatically starts recording when the engine is turned on and continues until the engine is turned off. Footage is saved in short segments, overwriting the oldest files when the microSD card is full.
- Event Recording Mode (Automatic): When an impact or sudden acceleration/deceleration is detected by the G-sensor, the device automatically saves the current recording segment as an event file, protecting it from being overwritten.
- Quick Recording Function (Manual): Allows you to manually initiate an event recording by pressing a button, saving the current footage as a protected file.
4.2 Parking Mode (Optional)
To enable parking mode, the optional GDO-10 connection is required. When the engine is turned off (ACC), parking mode allows the drive recorder to continue recording for up to 12 hours. If an event occurs while parked, the device will notify you with a voice alert when parking mode is disengaged.
4.3 GPS Warning Function
Utilizing its built-in GPS data, the drive recorder provides audio and visual warnings for dangerous areas during your drive, enhancing safety.
