2.2. Prepare the Wall
- Locate wall studs (for wood stud walls) using a stud finder. Mark the center of the studs. For concrete or brick walls, ensure the wall is solid and capable of supporting the TV's weight.
- Tape the provided mounting template to the wall at your desired TV height, ensuring it is level.
- Drill pilot holes through the marked points on the template. Use a 1/4 inch (6.5 mm) drill bit for wood studs and a 3/8 inch (9.5 mm) drill bit for concrete/masonry.

5. Troubleshooting
If you encounter issues during or after installation, refer to the following common solutions:
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| TV is not level. | Wall plate not level; TV brackets not adjusted. | Ensure the wall plate is perfectly level during installation. Use the fine-tuning screws on the TV brackets to make minor adjustments. |
| Mount feels unstable. | Screws/bolts are loose; incorrect wall type used; insufficient stud support. | Tighten all mounting screws and bolts. Verify that the mount is installed into solid wood studs or appropriate masonry. Do not install on drywall alone. |
| TV does not tilt smoothly. | Tightened too much; mechanism needs lubrication. | Check if any screws on the tilt mechanism are overtightened. Apply a small amount of silicone-based lubricant if necessary. |
If the issue persists, contact customer support.
