Setup and Initial Configuration
Setting Time and Date
- Press the MODE button (usually on the bottom left) repeatedly until the time setting mode is displayed.
- Use the ADJ button (usually top right) to select the digit you wish to adjust (e.g., hours, minutes, seconds).
- Use the SET button (usually top left) to increase the value. Hold to rapidly advance.
- Repeat for minutes, year, month, and day.
- Press MODE again to exit the setting mode.
12/24 Hour Format
In time display mode, press the ADJ button to toggle between 12-hour (with AM/PM indicator) and 24-hour formats.

Operating Instructions
Chronograph (Stopwatch)
- From time display mode, press MODE until "CHRONO" or "STW" appears.
- Press SET to start the stopwatch.
- Press ADJ to record a lap time without stopping the main timer.
- Press SET again to pause the stopwatch.
- Press ADJ to reset the stopwatch to zero when paused.

Alarm Function
- Press MODE until "ALARM" or "AL" appears.
- Press ADJ to select the hour or minute to set.
- Press SET to adjust the value.
- Press ADJ to toggle the alarm ON/OFF. An alarm icon will appear when active.
Hourly Chime
In alarm setting mode, press SET (or a dedicated button, refer to watch markings) to activate or deactivate the hourly chime. A chime icon will indicate its status.
EL Backlight
Press the LIGHT button (usually on the top left or right) to illuminate the display for a few seconds.

Second Time Zone
To set the second time zone, navigate to the Dual Time (or T2) mode using the MODE button. Use the ADJ and SET buttons to set the desired time for the second zone.
Maintenance and Care
Water Resistance (100m)
Your Fastrack watch is water-resistant up to 100 meters (10 ATM). This means it is suitable for recreational swimming, showering, and snorkeling. Do not operate buttons underwater as this can compromise the water resistance seal. Avoid exposure to hot water or steam, which can damage the seals.

Cleaning
Wipe the watch case and strap regularly with a soft, damp cloth. For silicone straps, mild soap and water can be used. Ensure the watch is completely dry before wearing.
Battery Replacement
When the display dims or functions become erratic, the battery may need replacement. It is recommended to have the battery replaced by an authorized service center to ensure proper sealing and water resistance.
Troubleshooting
- Display is blank or dim: The battery may be low or depleted. Replace the battery.
- Buttons are unresponsive: Ensure the watch is not in a locked mode (if applicable). If submerged, dry the watch thoroughly. If issues persist, contact customer support.
- Time is incorrect: Re-adjust the time following the "Setting Time and Date" instructions. Check if the 12/24 hour format is set correctly.
- Water inside the watch: Immediately take the watch to an authorized service center. Do not attempt to dry it yourself.
