Setup and Installation

Proper installation ensures optimal performance and comfort. The 20S EVO can be mounted using either the helmet clamp kit or the adhesive mount adapter.

1. Choosing a Mounting Location

Select a flat surface on the left side of your helmet where the unit will not obstruct your vision or movement. Ensure the microphone can be positioned correctly in front of your mouth.

2. Installing the Clamp Unit or Adhesive Mount

  • Clamp Unit: Loosen the screws on the clamp unit and slide it between the helmet shell and the inner padding. Tighten the screws securely.
  • Adhesive Mount: Clean the chosen helmet surface thoroughly with an alcohol wipe and let it dry. Peel off the backing from the adhesive mount and firmly press it onto the helmet for at least 30 seconds. Allow 24 hours for the adhesive to fully cure before use.

3. Attaching the Main Unit

Slide the main 20S EVO unit onto the mounted clamp or adhesive adapter until it clicks securely into place.
