4.2 Gas and Electrical Connections

• Connect the oven to an LP Gas supply line according to local codes and regulations.
• Ensure the electrical connection is a grounded 127 Volt outlet.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1 Setting Temperature and Cooking Mode

1. Turn the mode selection knob to choose one of the 5 available cooking functions (e.g., Oven, Grill, Rotisserie, Fan, Rotisserie with Fan).
