  • Do not operate any appliance with a damaged cord or plug, or after the appliance malfunctions or has been dropped or damaged in any manner.
  • The use of attachments not recommended or sold by the manufacturer may cause fire, electric shock, or injury.
  • This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory, or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance by a person responsible for their safety.
  • Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance.
  • Do not use outdoors.
  • Do not let the cord hang over the edge of a table or counter.
  • Do not place on or near a hot gas or electric burner, or in a heated oven.
  • Always operate the appliance on a flat, stable surface.
  • Do not use the appliance for anything other than its intended use.
  • Be careful when handling sharp blades, emptying the bowl, and during cleaning.
  • The appliance has an integrated overheat protection function. If the motor overheats, it will automatically shut off. Allow it to cool down before resuming operation.

  • Motor Unit: The main body containing the motor and speed controls.

3. Setup and Assembly

Follow these steps to prepare your kitchen machine for first use.

  1. Unpacking: Carefully remove all components from the packaging. Retain packaging for storage or future transport.
  2. Cleaning: Before first use, clean all detachable parts (mixing bowl, splash guard, attachments) with warm soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry. Wipe the motor unit with a damp cloth.
  3. Placement: Place the kitchen machine on a clean, dry, and stable surface. Ensure the anti-slip feet are firmly gripping the countertop.
  4. Attaching the Mixing Bowl:
    • Ensure the appliance is unplugged and the speed control is set to '0'.
    • Place the stainless steel mixing bowl onto the base, aligning the grooves.
    • Turn the bowl clockwise until it locks securely into place.
  5. Attaching an Accessory:
    • Press the tilt-head release button and lift the motor head until it locks in the tilted position.
    • Select the appropriate attachment (dough hook, beater, or whisk) for your task.
    • Insert the attachment into the shaft, aligning the pin on the shaft with the slot on the attachment. Push upwards and turn counter-clockwise until it locks.
    • Lower the motor head by pressing the tilt-head release button again and gently pushing the head down until it clicks into place.

  6. Attaching the Splash Guard:
    • Once the attachment and bowl are in place, slide the splash guard onto the motor head, ensuring it covers the bowl opening.

4. Operating Instructions

4.1 Speed Settings Guide

The kitchen machine features 6 speed settings and a pulse function (P) for optimal mixing results.

  • Speed 0: Off
  • Pulse (P): For short bursts of maximum power. Use for quick mixing or incorporating ingredients.
  • Speeds 1-2 (Dough Hook): Ideal for kneading heavy doughs like bread or pizza dough.
  • Speeds 3-4 (Beater): Suitable for mixing medium-heavy batters such as cake mix, cookie dough, or pancake batter.
  • Speeds 5-6 (Whisk): Best for whipping light ingredients like egg whites, cream, or making light sauces.

4.2 General Operation Steps

  1. Ensure the appliance is correctly assembled with the desired attachment and mixing bowl.
  2. Add your ingredients to the mixing bowl.
  3. Plug the appliance into a suitable power outlet.
  4. Turn the speed control dial to the desired setting (1-6) or use the pulse function (P) for short intervals. The blue LED light will illuminate.
  5. Monitor the mixing process. Use the planetary mixing system to ensure all areas of the bowl are reached.
  6. Once mixing is complete, turn the speed control dial back to '0'.
  7. Unplug the appliance from the power outlet.
  8. Press the tilt-head release button and lift the motor head.
  9. Remove the attachment by turning it clockwise and pulling it down.
  10. Unlock and remove the mixing bowl by turning it counter-clockwise.

4.3 Planetary Mixing System

The planetary mixing system ensures thorough and even mixing by moving the attachment in an elliptical motion while rotating on its own axis. This reaches all parts of the bowl, preventing unmixed ingredients at the sides or bottom.

5. Maintenance and Cleaning

Proper cleaning and maintenance will ensure the longevity and optimal performance of your kitchen machine.

  1. Always unplug the appliance before cleaning.
  2. Motor Unit: Wipe the exterior of the motor unit with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or immerse the motor unit in water.
  3. Mixing Bowl: The 6L stainless steel mixing bowl is dishwasher-safe. Alternatively, wash it with warm soapy water, rinse, and dry thoroughly.
  4. Attachments (Dough Hook, Beater, Whisk): Wash these accessories with warm soapy water, rinse, and dry immediately. Some attachments may be dishwasher-safe; refer to specific accessory instructions if available.
  5. Splash Guard: Wash with warm soapy water, rinse, and dry.
  6. Storage: Store the assembled or disassembled appliance in a dry, clean place, out of reach of children.
