5. Installation Guide

Follow these steps to properly install your automatic chicken coop door:

6.1. Power Options

Grid Power: Use the provided DC 12V 3A adaptor for continuous power.
Battery Backup: The power box (requires 8x AA batteries) serves as an emergency backup in case of power failure.

6.2. Light Sensor Mode

The light sensor automatically opens the door at dawn and closes it at dusk based on ambient light levels.

Activation: Press the 'SET' button until 'LIGHT' is displayed on the screen.
Adjustment: Use the '+' and '-' buttons to adjust the sensitivity of the light sensor. Higher values mean the door will open/close with less light.
