Troubleshooting
If you encounter issues with your RC car, refer to the following common problems and solutions:
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Car does not respond to transmitter. | Low car battery, low transmitter batteries, car/transmitter not powered on, binding issue. | Charge car battery. Replace transmitter batteries. Ensure both are powered on. Re-bind car and transmitter (refer to specific binding instructions if provided with product, or try powering both off and on again). |
| Short playing time. | Battery not fully charged, aging battery. | Ensure battery is fully charged before use. If battery life significantly degrades, consider replacing the battery if possible. |
| Car pulls to one side. | Steering trim needs adjustment. | Adjust the steering trim dial/button on the transmitter until the car drives straight. |
| Steering is reversed. | Steering reverse (REV) function is active. | Toggle the REV switch/button on the transmitter for the steering channel. |
| Limited control range. | Interference, operating beyond 30M range, low transmitter batteries. | Operate in an open area away from other 2.4GHz devices. Stay within the 30M control range. Replace transmitter batteries. |
