Important Notes for Wireless Connection:

  • For iOS devices, a wired connection using an official Apple USB cable is also supported (no additional adapter or network required).
  • Due to copyright agreements, direct wireless projection of content from platforms like Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, Disney+, Apple TV+, YouTube, HBO Max, or Hulu from mobile phones is not supported. To view content from these platforms, connect a Fire Stick or a computer to the projector via an HDMI cable.

5. Maintenance

5.1 Cleaning the Projector

Regular cleaning helps maintain optimal performance and image quality.

  • Exterior: Use a soft, dry cloth to wipe the exterior of the projector. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
  • Lens: Use a lens cleaning cloth or a soft brush specifically designed for optical lenses. Avoid touching the lens directly with your fingers.
  • Internal Dust: To remove dust from inside the projector, carefully peel off the label on the bottom of the projector, then remove the cover. Use the provided cotton swabs to gently wipe away any dust.

6. Troubleshooting

  • No Sound/Video from Streaming Apps (Netflix, Prime Video, etc.):
Due to copyright protection, these platforms do not support direct wireless projection from mobile devices. To watch content from these services, connect a streaming device (like a Fire Stick) or a computer via an HDMI cable.
  • Blurry Edges on Projection Screen:
It is normal for LCD projectors to have slightly blurry edges compared to the center of the projection screen. This is a common characteristic of LCD projection technology. Ensure the focus is properly adjusted for the center of the screen.
  • Wireless Connection Issues:
Ensure both your mobile device and the projector are connected to the same WiFi network. Verify that your mobile device's screen mirroring/casting function is enabled. If issues persist, restart both the projector and your mobile device.
