Setup
Setting the Time and Date
Follow these steps to set the current time and date on your watch:
- Pull the crown out to the second click position. The second hand will move to 12 o'clock.
- Rotate the crown to set the hour and minute hands. Ensure the AM/PM is correctly set if your watch has this indicator (often by observing the date change).
- Push the crown back in to the first click position.
- Rotate the crown to set the date.
- Push the crown back in to the normal position. The second hand will resume movement.

Using the Chronograph

- Press button A (top right) to start the stopwatch. The chronograph second hand and 1/10 second hand will begin moving.
- Press button A again to stop the stopwatch. The elapsed time will be displayed.
- Press button B (bottom right) to reset the stopwatch. All chronograph hands will return to their 0 positions.
- For split time measurement, press button B while the stopwatch is running. The display will show the split time. Press B again to return to normal time measurement.
Water Resistance
