3. Setup

The CUSIMAX Hot Plate is simple to operate with individual temperature controls for each burner.

2. Turn On: Rotate the temperature control knob for the desired burner from 'OFF' to your preferred heat setting (1-7, or MAX).
3. Indicator Light: The indicator light next to the knob will illuminate when the burner is heating. It may cycle on and off during operation as the thermostat maintains the set temperature.
4. Adjust Temperature: Adjust the knob to select one of the 7 heat settings or 'MAX' for higher temperatures.
5. Cooking: Begin cooking your food. The cast iron plates provide even and consistent heat distribution.
6. Turn Off: Once cooking is complete, turn the temperature control knob back to the 'OFF' position. The indicator light will turn off.
