Setup and Assembly

Assembling the Stand Mixer:

1. Place the main unit on a stable, flat, and dry surface. Ensure it is unplugged.
2. Press the head lift button to raise the motor head.
3. Place the stainless steel mixing bowl into its base, turning it clockwise until it locks securely.
4. Select the desired attachment (dough hook, beater, or whisk). Align the top of the attachment with the shaft and push upwards, then turn slightly to lock it into place.
5. Lower the motor head by pressing the head lift button until it clicks into place.
6. (Optional) Attach the splash guard by sliding it onto the motor head from the front.

Assembling the Meat Grinder:

1. Ensure the mixer is unplugged.
2. Remove the front cover from the mixer's front port.
3. Assemble the meat grinder components (auger, blade, grinding plate, locking ring) according to the meat grinder manual (if provided separately).
4. Insert the assembled meat grinder into the front port, aligning the square shaft with the port's opening. Turn the locking knob clockwise to secure it.
5. Place the food tray on top of the meat grinder.

Assembling the Blender:

1. Ensure the mixer is unplugged.
2. Remove the top cover from the mixer's top port.
3. Place the blender jug onto the top port, aligning the base with the drive shaft. Turn clockwise to lock it securely.
4. Ensure the blender lid is properly secured before operation.

Operating Instructions

Before operating, ensure the appliance is correctly assembled and plugged into a suitable power outlet (220V).

Using the Stand Mixer (Bowl Attachments):

1. Add ingredients to the stainless steel mixing bowl.
2. Ensure the motor head is lowered and locked.
3. Turn the speed control dial to the desired speed setting (1-6). For quick bursts of power, turn the dial to 'P' (Pulse) and release.
4. Refer to the table below for recommended speed settings for each attachment:

Using the Meat Grinder:

1. Ensure the meat grinder is correctly assembled and attached to the front port.
2. Prepare meat by cutting it into small pieces that fit into the feeding tube.
3. Place a bowl or plate under the output of the grinder.
4. Plug in the appliance and turn the speed dial to a low to medium setting (e.g., Speed 1-3).
5. Feed the meat into the tube using the food pusher. Never use your fingers or other utensils to push food into the grinder.
6. After grinding, turn the speed dial to '0' and unplug the appliance.

Using the Blender:

1. Ensure the blender jug is correctly assembled and attached to the top port.
2. Add ingredients to the blender jug. Do not exceed the maximum fill line (1.5 Liters).
3. Securely place the lid on the blender jug.
4. Plug in the appliance and turn the speed dial to a medium to high setting (e.g., Speed 3-6) or use the 'P' (Pulse) function for short bursts.
5. After blending, turn the speed dial to '0' and unplug the appliance.

Cleaning and Maintenance
