Setup
1. Charging the Printer
Before initial use, fully charge the printer using the provided USB charging cable. Connect the small end of the USB cable to the charging port on the printer and the larger end to a USB power adapter (not included) or a computer's USB port. The charging indicator light will show the charging status.
2. Loading Instax Wide Film
To load film, open the film compartment cover on the back of the printer. Align the yellow mark on the film pack with the yellow mark inside the printer, then gently insert the film pack. Close the cover firmly until it clicks. The dark slide will automatically eject. Do not open the film compartment cover until all 10 photos have been printed, as this will expose the film and render it unusable.
3. Installing the Instax Link Wide App
Download the free "Instax Link Wide" app from your smartphone's app store (available for iOS and Android). Ensure your smartphone's Bluetooth is enabled.
4. Connecting to Your Smartphone
Turn on the Instax Link Wide printer. Open the Instax Link Wide app on your smartphone. The app will guide you through the Bluetooth pairing process. Once connected, the printer's LED indicator will show a steady blue light.
