It is normal for the device to feel warm during extended operation. To prevent overheating, the device may automatically reduce performance, dim the display, close apps, or temporarily stop charging. If the device consistently malfunctions, seek authorized service.

5.5. Unresponsive Phone (Soft Reset)

If your phone is unresponsive, perform a soft reset:

  • Press and hold the volume up key and the power button simultaneously for approximately 15 seconds, or until the phone vibrates.
  • The phone should restart momentarily. This action will not erase data.

5.6. Charging Issues

If your phone is not charging:

  • Test with a different power outlet to rule out power source issues.
  • Inspect the charging cable and the phone's charging port for any visible damage or debris.
  • Turn the phone off completely and then plug it into the charger. If the battery is fully drained, it may take 2-3 minutes before charging indicators appear.

Before performing a hard reset, ensure:

  • The product has no physical damage and has not been exposed to water.
  • The screen is clean, and your fingers/hands are not wet or dirty.

If issues persist, a hard reset may be necessary. Warning: A hard reset will erase all data, settings, and content. Back up your device before proceeding.

To perform a hard reset:

  • Ensure your phone is connected to a power source and the battery is at least 50% charged.
  • Press and hold the volume up key and the power button simultaneously for approximately 30 seconds, or until the root menu appears.
