2. Setup
2.1 Initial Charging
Before first use, ensure both the earbuds and the charging case are fully charged. Connect the charging case to a power source using the provided USB-C cable. The LED display on the case will indicate the charging status.

2.2 Pairing with Your Device
- Open the charging case. The earbuds will automatically power on and enter pairing mode.
- On your mobile device, enable Bluetooth and search for available devices.
- Select "S20 TWS" from the list of devices.
- Once connected, the earbuds will indicate successful pairing (e.g., a voice prompt or LED indicator change).
The earbuds are designed with the latest Bluetooth 5.1 technology for fast and stable transmission. They will automatically power on when removed from the case and power off when placed back in.
3. Operating Instructions
3.1 Touch Controls
The S20 TWS earbuds feature smart touch controls, preventing discomfort from physical buttons.
- Play/Pause: Single tap on either earbud.
- Next Track: Double tap on the right earbud.
- Previous Track: Double tap on the left earbud.
- Answer/End Call: Single tap on either earbud.
- Reject Call: Long press on either earbud.
- Activate Voice Assistant: Double tap the multi-function button (specific earbud may vary, refer to quick start guide).
3.2 Wearing the Earbuds
The earbuds feature an ergonomic design for a comfortable and secure fit. Three sizes of ear tips are included to ensure optimal comfort and sound isolation.

4. Maintenance
4.1 Cleaning
Regularly clean your earbuds and charging case with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid using abrasive materials or harsh chemicals.
4.2 Water Resistance (IPX5)
The S20 TWS earbuds and charging case are IPX5 waterproof, thanks to an internal nano-coating. This means they can resist splashes from sweat and rain. They can even withstand immersion in water up to one meter deep for 30 minutes. However, avoid prolonged submersion or exposure to strong water jets.

4.3 Storage
When not in use, store the earbuds in their charging case to protect them and keep them charged. Store in a cool, dry place away from extreme temperatures.
5. Troubleshooting
- Earbuds not pairing: Ensure both earbuds are out of the case and in pairing mode. Turn off and on your device's Bluetooth.
- Only one earbud working: Place both earbuds back into the charging case, close the lid, wait a few seconds, then take them out again. This often re-syncs them.
- No sound: Check the volume on your connected device. Ensure earbuds are properly paired.
- Charging issues: Ensure the charging cable is securely connected and the power source is active. Clean the charging contacts on both the earbuds and the case.
