Champtek SD120 CCD Barcode Reader User Manual

Model: SD120 | Brand: Champtek

1. Introduction

Thank you for purchasing the Champtek SD120 CCD Barcode Reader. This lightweight and stylish barcode reader supports both Type-C and USB Type-A connections, offering versatility for various applications. It is designed for efficient and accurate scanning of 1D barcodes, including those displayed on LCD screens.

The SD120 is a middle-range CCD barcode reader, capable of reading barcodes from a slight distance, unlike traditional touch-type scanners. The optimal reading distance ranges from 0mm to approximately 6cm. It is compatible with major 1D barcodes and supports single-layer GS1 codes. Please note that reversed or color two-layer GS1 codes may not be readable with this model. For such requirements, we recommend the Barcode Reader SD380.

This manual provides detailed instructions for setting up, operating, and maintaining your SD120 barcode reader.
