Troubleshooting
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Lamp does not turn on. | Power adapter not connected properly or power outlet issue. | Ensure the power adapter is securely plugged into both the lamp and a working electrical outlet. Try a different outlet. |
| Gel polish is not curing properly (still sticky). | Incorrect curing time, too thick a layer of polish, or incompatible gel polish. | Increase curing time (e.g., use 60S or 99S Low Heat Mode). Apply thinner coats of gel polish. Ensure your gel polish is compatible with UV/LED lamps. |
| Lamp lights flicker or turn off unexpectedly. | Overheating or unstable power supply. | Allow the lamp to cool down. Ensure it is used in a well-ventilated area. Check power connection for stability. |
| Smart sensor not responding. | Obstruction or sensor malfunction. | Ensure nothing is blocking the sensor area. Clean the sensor area if dusty. If the issue persists, contact customer support. |
