3. Setup Guide

3.1 Unpacking and Initial Inspection

Carefully remove the DR82 leak detector and all accessories from the blow-molded case. Inspect all components for any signs of damage. Ensure all included items are present as listed in the "What's Included" section.

3.2 Charging the Device

Before first use, fully charge the DR82 using the provided USB-C cable and power adapter. Connect the USB-C cable to the charging port on the device and the adapter to a power outlet. 3.3 Attaching Filter Tips

4. Operating Instructions

5. Maintenance

5.1 Filter Tip Replacement

Regularly inspect the filter tip for dirt or damage. Replace the filter tip when it becomes visibly dirty or if detection performance degrades. To replace, gently pull off the old tip and push on a new one from the included replacements.

5.2 Cleaning the Device

• Inaccurate or inconsistent readings:

• No leak detected despite suspected leak: Increase the sensitivity setting. Ensure the probe is positioned correctly near the suspected leak source.
