Setup

Initial Pairing

1. Ensure the charging case is sufficiently charged.
2. Open the charging case. The earbuds will automatically enter pairing mode.
3. On your device (smartphone, tablet, laptop), enable Bluetooth.
4. Search for "OPPO Enco Buds" in the list of available Bluetooth devices.
5. Select "OPPO Enco Buds" to complete the pairing process. A confirmation sound will indicate successful connection.

Automatic Connection

Once paired, the OPPO Enco Buds will automatically connect to your last paired device when you open the charging case, provided Bluetooth is enabled on the device.

Operating Instructions

Touch Controls

The OPPO Enco Buds feature customizable smart touch controls. You can configure these controls using the HeyMelody app.

• Play/Pause: Single tap (default, may vary based on customization).
• Next Track: Double tap (default, may vary based on customization).
• Previous Track: Triple tap (default, may vary based on customization).
• Answer/End Call: Single tap.
• Reject Call: Press and hold.
• Activate Game Mode: Triple tap (default, may vary based on customization).

Game Mode

Triple tap your OPPO Enco Buds to activate the 80ms Super Low Latency Game Mode. This mode provides enhanced audio-visual synchronization, ideal for gaming and video playback.

Call Noise Cancellation

The intelligent DNN model-based algorithm precisely extracts your voice from ambient noise during calls, ensuring clearer conversations even in noisy environments.

Maintenance

Cleaning

• Regularly clean the earbuds and charging case with a soft, dry, lint-free cloth.
• Remove ear tips and clean them separately with mild soap and water if necessary. Ensure they are completely dry before reattaching.
• Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.

Charging

Place the earbuds back into the charging case to charge them. The case itself can be charged via a USB-C cable. A 15-minute charge provides approximately one hour of playback.

Water and Dust Resistance

The OPPO Enco Buds are IP54 certified for dust and water resistance. This means they are protected against limited dust ingress and water splashes from any direction. They are suitable for use during exercise and in light rain, but should not be submerged in water.

Troubleshooting

• Sound issues (low volume, distortion): Check the volume settings on your device. Ensure earbuds are clean and properly seated in your ears.
• One earbud not working: Place both earbuds back in the case, close it for a few seconds, then reopen. Re-pair if necessary.
• Touch controls unresponsive: Ensure earbuds are clean. Check HeyMelody app for any custom settings that might be interfering.
• Battery draining quickly: Ensure earbuds are fully charged. Reduce usage of high-drain features like Game Mode if not needed.
