- Ventilation: Keep the ventilation grilles clear of dust and debris to ensure efficient operation. Use a soft brush or vacuum cleaner to clean the grilles.
- Storage: When not in use, store the unit in a dry, cool place, away from direct sunlight. Ensure the unit is clean and dry before storing.
Troubleshooting
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Unit is not cooling/warming. | No power, incorrect mode selected, obstructed ventilation. | Check power connection. Ensure the power cord is correctly aligned to the BLUE (cool) or RED (warm) dot. Clear any obstructions from vents. |
| Unit is not reaching desired temperature. | Ambient temperature too high/low, unit not pre-cooled/warmed, contents not pre-chilled/heated. | Understand that the unit maintains temperature relative to ambient. Pre-cool/pre-warm contents before placing them in the unit. |
| Excessive noise from fan. | Dust or debris in fan, fan obstruction. | Unplug the unit and carefully clean the fan area and vents. |
