2. Safety Information

• Always place the wax melter on a stable, heat-resistant surface.

4. Setup

2. Placement: Place the wax melter on a flat, stable, and heat-resistant surface away from flammable materials.
3. Clean Interior: Before first use, ensure the inner tank is completely dry and free of any moisture. Wipe with a dry towel or paper if necessary.

5. Operating Instructions

1. Add Wax: Place your desired amount of wax into the inner tank. The melter can hold up to 12 lbs of wax.
2. Set Temperature: Turn the temperature control dial to your desired setting (range 80-212°F / 30-100°C). For optimal melting, it is recommended to start at a higher temperature and reduce it once the wax is melted.
3. Power On: Flip the On/Off switch to the "On" position. The "Heating" indicator light will illuminate.
4. Melt Wax: Cover the lid during the heating process to retain heat and speed up melting. Stir the wax every 2 minutes for 3-4 seconds to ensure even melting. The melter heats up quickly; 2 lbs of soy wax can melt in 5 minutes at 200°F.
5. Pour Wax: Once the wax is fully melted and at the desired temperature, place a heat-resistant container under the quick pour spout. Turn the blue handle of the ball valve to the "On" position to dispense the melted wax. Turn it to "Off" when finished.
6. Maintain Temperature: The "Keep Warm" indicator light will show when the wax is being maintained at the set temperature.
7. Power Off: When you are finished, turn the temperature dial to "Min" and flip the On/Off switch to the "Off" position.

6. Maintenance and Cleaning

1. Empty Wax: After each use, completely pour out any remaining melted wax. It is not recommended to store wax in the melter overnight, as solidified wax can affect the heating function and lead to fouling.
2. Initial Cleaning: Once the unit has cooled, use a dry towel or dry paper to wipe the inner tank wall and bottom to remove any wax residue.
3. Deep Cleaning (for stubborn residue or clogged spout):
   • Fill the inner tank with water.
   • Turn the temperature dial to 212°F (100°C) and let it heat for approximately 10 minutes. This will help melt any residue wax in the spout.
   • Place a container under the spout and open the valve to drain the hot water. This process helps clear the spout.
   • For thorough cleaning, you can add an appropriate amount of citric acid or white vinegar to the water in the tank and let it heat. Stir with a wooden stick or a wiping cloth (ensure it's heat-resistant) to clean the barrel wall and bottom.
   • Drain the cleaning solution and then wipe the interior with a dry towel until completely dry.

• Wax Not Melting / Uneven Heating:
  • Ensure the temperature dial is set correctly and the "Heating" indicator is on.
  • Stir the wax periodically during heating to promote even melting.

• Spout Clogging:
