Connecting Your Headset

Detachable Microphone

The headset features a magnetic, detachable boom arm microphone. This allows for easy removal when not needed, transforming the gaming headset into a sleek pair of headphones for other uses.

To mute the microphone, simply lift the boom arm upwards until it clicks into place. Lowering it will unmute the microphone.

• Headband: Clean the headband with a soft, dry cloth.
• Microphone: If the microphone becomes dirty, wipe it with a soft, slightly damp cloth. Ensure it is completely dry before reattaching.
• Cables: Keep cables untangled and avoid sharp bends to prevent damage.

Troubleshooting

No Audio / Low Volume

• Ensure the 3.5mm cable is fully inserted into both the headset and your device.
• Check the volume wheel on the right earcup and ensure it is turned up.
• Verify your device's audio output settings are correctly configured to the headset.
• If using the split PC cable, ensure both audio and microphone jacks are correctly plugged into their respective ports.

Microphone Not Working

• Ensure the detachable microphone is securely attached to the headset.
• Check that the microphone boom arm is lowered (unmuted position).
• Verify your device's microphone input settings are correctly configured to the headset.
• Test the microphone on another device to rule out a device-specific issue.
