Product Overview
The PS-TECH Digital Timer Plug is designed to automate the on/off cycles of your electrical appliances, offering convenience and energy savings. It features a European Schuko plug and is suitable for a wide range of devices such as lamps, heaters, fans, air conditioners, and coffee makers. With its advanced programming capabilities, you can set up to 20 daily programs or 140 weekly programs, with a minimum programming time of just 1 minute.
An internal battery ensures that your programmed settings are retained even when the device is unplugged. Programming is only erased by manually pressing the Reset button.

Setup and Initial Use
1. Initial Charging
Before first use, plug the timer into a live power outlet for at least 30 minutes to charge the internal battery. This battery maintains the clock and programmed settings during power outages or when the timer is unplugged.
2. Resetting the Device
To clear all previous settings and ensure a fresh start, insert a small, non-metallic pointed object (like a toothpick) into the 'RESET' hole and press firmly. The display will show '0:00' and all segments will flash, indicating a successful reset.
3. Setting Current Time
- Press the 'CLOCK' button and hold it.
- While holding 'CLOCK', press the 'S' button repeatedly to select the current day of the week (MO, TU, WE, TH, FR, SA, SU).
- While holding 'CLOCK', press the 'ON' button repeatedly to set the current hour.
- While holding 'CLOCK', press the 'AUTO' button repeatedly to set the current minute.
- Release the 'CLOCK' button. The time is now set.

2. Mode Selection (ON/OFF/AUTO)
Press the 'ON/OFF' button to cycle through the operating modes:
- ON: The timer output is continuously ON, overriding all programs.

- AUTO: The timer operates according to the programmed ON/OFF times. This is the standard operating mode for automated control.
Ensure the timer is in 'AUTO' mode for your programs to function correctly.
3. Random Function (RND)
Press the 'RND' button to activate or deactivate the random function. When active, the timer will randomly turn the connected appliance ON or OFF within a certain time window around the programmed times, providing a security feature (e.g., making it appear someone is home).
