Installation Guide

Mounting the Gauge

The ELING 6-in-1 gauge requires an 85mm (3-3/8 inch) diameter hole for installation. Ensure there is sufficient clearance behind the panel for wiring and the gauge body.

  1. Cut an 85mm (3-3/8") hole in the panel, allowing for clearance behind the panel.
  2. Insert the gauge into the hole from the front.
  3. Tighten the gauge using the supplied fastening nut on the rear.

Operating Instructions

Parameter Setting Mode

To enter the parameter setting mode, press and hold the back button (or the external button if connected) while powering on the gauge. The LCD will display a sequence of setting options: OILP, HOUR, UNIT, PULSE, OIL, ATER.

Use the external button to navigate through the options and adjust values. Release the button to confirm a selection or value and move to the next setting.

1. OILP (Oil Pressure Gauge) Setting

The LCD will show "S00000". Press the button to set the target range. Refer to Table A for available options. Release the button to complete flashing and save the setting.

2. HOUR (Change Working Hours) Setting

The LCD will show "00000.0". The digital part is adjustable via the button. Measuring range is 0-99999.9 hours. Press the button to set the desired hour value and wait for the menu to complete flashing.

3. UNIT (Water Temperature & Oil Pressure Unit) Setting

The LCD will show "℃", "℉", "PSI", "bar". Press the button to choose the target unit. Release the button and wait for the menu to complete flashing.

4. PULSE (Set Tach RPM Ratio) Setting

Unit: 0.01 pulse/round. For example, P100 indicates 1 pulse/round. The LCD will show "P00000". Measuring range is 0~39999. Press the button to change from 0 to 99999. Release the button and wait for the menu to complete flashing.

5. OIL (Set Fuel Gauge Signal) Setting

The LCD will show "O00000" (Ohm range 10-180Ω). Press the button to set the target ohm range. Refer to Table B for available options. Release the button and wait for the menu to complete flashing.

6. ATER (Set Water Temperature Signal) Setting

The LCD will show "t00000" (Ohm range 291.4-22.4Ω). Press the button to set the target ohm range. Refer to Table C for available options. Release the button and wait for the menu to complete flashing.

Important Note: After setting, you should disconnect both Power+ and GND, and then reconnect the two cables, then it will save the setting. If you just cut Power+, then it's not saved.
