3. Setup Guide
3.1 Charging the Parent Unit
The Parent Unit contains a rechargeable lithium-ion battery. Before first use, fully charge the Parent Unit for approximately 8 hours. Connect one of the provided USB Type-C charging cables to the Parent Unit's Type-C port and the other end to a power adapter, then plug into a wall outlet. The battery indicator on the LCD screen will show charging status.
3.2 Powering the Baby Unit
The Baby Unit does not contain a rechargeable battery and must be plugged into a power source for operation. Connect the second USB Type-C charging cable to the Baby Unit's Type-C port and the other end to a power adapter, then plug into a wall outlet. Ensure the Baby Unit is placed within a safe distance from the baby, out of reach, and away from any potential hazards.

3.3 Initial Connection
Once both units are powered on, they should automatically connect. If they do not connect, ensure both units are within range and try restarting them. Refer to the Troubleshooting section if connection issues persist.
4. Operating Instructions
4.1 Monitoring Audio
The Parent Unit will receive audio from the Baby Unit. Adjust the volume on the Parent Unit using the volume control buttons.
4.2 Two-Way Talk-Back Intercom
To speak to your baby, press and hold the Talk button on the Parent Unit. Release the button to listen. Speak clearly into the microphone on the Parent Unit.
4.3 Temperature Monitoring
The LCD screen on the Parent Unit displays the real-time temperature of the baby's room, as detected by the Baby Unit. An acoustical warning will sound if the room temperature falls below 16℃ or rises above 30℃.
4.4 Night Light Control
The Baby Unit features a built-in night light. You can remotely control the night light from the Parent Unit. Refer to the Parent Unit's interface for the specific button or menu option to activate and deactivate the night light.

4.5 Lullabies
The monitor includes pre-programmed lullabies to soothe your baby. Access the lullaby function through the Parent Unit's menu or dedicated button to play or stop the melodies.
4.6 Vibration Alert
The Parent Unit can be set to vibrate to alert you to sounds from the baby's room, in addition to or instead of audible alerts. Consult the Parent Unit's settings for vibration mode activation.
4.7 Night Mode (Zero Emission)
When in Night Mode and silence is detected in the baby's room, the monitor operates with zero radio emission, promoting a healthier environment. The monitor will automatically activate when sound is detected.
4.8 Range
The monitor offers a long range of up to 1000 feet in open spaces. Indoor range is approximately 150 feet, which may vary depending on the number and type of walls or other obstructions between the units.

5. Maintenance
5.1 Cleaning
Wipe both units with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents. Ensure units are unplugged before cleaning.
5.2 Battery Care (Parent Unit)
To prolong battery life, avoid fully discharging the Parent Unit frequently. Recharge the unit when the low battery indicator appears. If storing the unit for an extended period, charge it periodically to maintain battery health.
6. Troubleshooting
- Units not connecting: Ensure both the Parent and Baby Units are powered on and within range. Obstructions like thick walls or other electronic devices can interfere with the signal. Try moving the units closer together or to a different location. Restart both units.
- No sound from Parent Unit: Check the volume level on the Parent Unit. Ensure the Baby Unit is powered on and placed correctly to pick up sounds.
- Poor sound quality: Ensure both units are not too close to other electronic devices that might cause interference. Adjust the position of the Baby Unit relative to the sound source.
- Parent Unit battery drains quickly: Ensure the battery is fully charged. Battery life can be affected by continuous use of features like talk-back or high volume.
- Temperature alarm sounds frequently: Verify the room temperature displayed on the Parent Unit. If the temperature is consistently outside the 16℃-30℃ range, adjust the room's climate or reposition the Baby Unit away from direct heat sources or drafts.
