Safety Precautions
To prevent injury, electric shock, fire, or damage to the product, always observe the following safety precautions:
- Do not immerse the kettle body or power plate in water or any other liquid.
- Ensure the kettle is placed on a stable, flat, heat-resistant surface, away from edges.
- Keep out of reach of children and supervise when in use near children.
- Unplug the kettle from the power outlet when not in use, before cleaning, or if any malfunction occurs.
- Do not operate the kettle without water (dry-boil). The kettle is equipped with dry-boil prevention, but continuous dry-boiling can damage the unit.
- Avoid touching hot surfaces. Use the handle. The kettle body becomes hot during operation.
- Do not overfill the kettle beyond the maximum fill line to prevent boiling water from overflowing.
- Use only with the provided power plate.

Setup
- Unpack: Carefully remove all packaging materials and ensure all components are present.
- Initial Cleaning: Before first use, fill the kettle with water to the maximum level, boil it, and discard the water. Repeat this process 2-3 times to remove any manufacturing residues.
- Placement: Place the power plate on a dry, flat, and stable surface. Ensure there is enough space around the kettle for proper ventilation.
- Power Connection: Plug the power cord into a suitable electrical outlet.
Operating Instructions
Filling the Kettle
Remove the lid and fill the kettle with fresh, cold water. Do not fill below the minimum mark or above the maximum mark. Replace the lid securely.
Setting Temperature
Place the kettle onto the power plate. The display will show the current water temperature. Use the '+' and '-' buttons to set your desired temperature between 50°C and 100°C in 1°C increments. Alternatively, press the 'MODE' button to cycle through preset temperatures: 100°C, 93°C, 80°C, and 70°C.

Boiling and Keep Warm Function
Once the desired temperature is set, the kettle will begin heating. A buzzer will sound when the set temperature is reached. The kettle features a 'Barista Function' which allows it to reheat and maintain the set temperature for up to 15 minutes when returned to the power plate after pouring. This ensures a consistent temperature for multiple pours.

The fine spout is designed for precise pouring, ideal for drip coffee or delicate teas. You can control the flow rate from a slow, steady drip to a faster pour by adjusting the kettle's tilt.

Maintenance and Cleaning
Regular cleaning ensures optimal performance and extends the life of your kettle.
- Always Unplug: Before cleaning, ensure the kettle is unplugged from the power outlet and has cooled down completely.
- Exterior Cleaning: Wipe the exterior of the kettle and the power plate with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or harsh chemicals.
- Interior Cleaning (Descaling): Over time, mineral deposits (limescale) may build up inside the kettle. To descale, fill the kettle with a mixture of water and white vinegar (1:1 ratio) or a commercial descaling solution. Boil the mixture, then let it sit for at least 30 minutes (or as per descaler instructions). Empty the kettle and rinse thoroughly several times with fresh water.
- Storage: When not in use for an extended period, ensure the kettle is clean and dry. Store it in a cool, dry place.
