2. Safety Instructions

4. Setup

4.1 Assembly

To assemble your DREAME T30 Neo, connect the main unit to the extension rod, and then attach the desired cleaning head (e.g., Multi-Brush Bar) to the other end of the rod. Ensure all connections click securely into place.

4.2 Charging

The vacuum comes with a convenient 2-in-1 Charging & Storage Mount. Install the mount on a wall in a suitable location near a power outlet. Once mounted, simply place the vacuum onto the charger. The vacuum will begin charging automatically, ensuring it is always ready for use.

5.1 Power Modes & LED Display

The DREAME T30 Neo features an intuitive LED display that provides real-time information and allows you to switch between three power modes: Eco, Med (Medium), and Turbo. It also has an Auto mode that intelligently adjusts suction based on dust concentration and floor type.

• Eco Mode: For light cleaning and extended runtime (up to 90 minutes).
• Med Mode: For everyday cleaning tasks.
• Turbo Mode: For powerful suction on stubborn dirt and deep cleaning.
• Auto Mode: The vacuum automatically detects the dust level and floor type, adjusting suction power accordingly.

The LED display also shows cleaning information, fault guidance, and remaining runtime. A colored ring around the display indicates dust concentration.

5.2 General Cleaning

To begin cleaning, press the power button. You can choose to lock the trigger for continuous cleaning or hold it down for intermittent use. The Multi-Brush Bar is designed for various floor types, including carpets and hard floors, and its V-shaped roller brush helps prevent hair tangling.

• Mini Motorized Brush: Ideal for cleaning pet hair from upholstery, mattresses, and small carpeted areas.

6. Maintenance

6.1 Dust Cup Emptying

The 0.6L dust cup can be emptied with a single click. Position the dust cup over a trash bin and press the release button to open the bottom flap, allowing debris to fall out without direct contact.

6.2 Filter Cleaning

The filter components are washable. Separate the filter elements from the vacuum and rinse them under running water. Ensure they are completely dry (allow 24 hours) before re-inserting them into the vacuum to prevent damage and maintain suction power. The main unit itself is not washable.

6.3 Roller Brush Maintenance

The V-shaped roller brush is designed to minimize hair tangling. Periodically check the brush for any accumulated hair or debris and remove it to ensure efficient cleaning.

• Vacuum not turning on: Ensure the battery is charged. Check if the trigger is pressed or if the lock feature is engaged.
• Reduced suction power: Empty the dust cup. Clean the filter components and ensure they are completely dry before re-installation. Check the main brush bar and attachments for blockages.
• Roller brush not spinning: Check the brush bar for tangled hair or debris and remove any obstructions. Ensure the brush bar is correctly installed.
