Setup
1. Mounting the Riflescope
The Match PRO riflescope is designed for use with Picatinny mounts. Ensure your rifle has a compatible mounting rail. Secure the scope firmly using appropriate rings, following the manufacturer's instructions for the rings and mount. Do not overtighten, but ensure the scope is stable and does not rotate.
2. Adjusting the Fast Focus Eyepiece
To achieve a clear reticle image, hold the riflescope up to a clear, bright background (like the sky) and look through it. Rotate the fast focus eyepiece until the reticle appears sharp and crisp. This adjustment is for the reticle clarity, not the target image.
3. Parallax Adjustment
The parallax adjustment knob is located on the side of the scope. Rotate this knob to match the distance to your target. This eliminates parallax error, ensuring the reticle and target are on the same focal plane, which is crucial for accuracy, especially at varying distances. The parallax can be adjusted from 10 yards to infinity.
4. Tool-less Turret Reset
The Match PRO features tool-less locking turrets for easy resetting. After zeroing your rifle, you can reset the turrets to '0' without any tools. Simply pull up on the turret cap, rotate it to align the '0' mark with the indicator, and push it back down to lock it in place. This allows for quick return to your established zero.

Operating Instructions
1. Magnification Adjustment
The Match PRO offers a variable magnification range from 6x to 24x. Rotate the magnification ring, typically located near the eyepiece, to adjust the power. The First Focal Plane (FFP) reticle ensures that the reticle scales proportionally with the target image as you change magnification, maintaining accurate holdovers.

2. Windage and Elevation Adjustments
The riflescope features large, locking turrets for precise windage (horizontal) and elevation (vertical) adjustments. Each click represents 1/10th of a MIL. To make an adjustment, pull up on the turret to unlock it, rotate to the desired setting, and push down to lock it. The turrets provide tactile feedback for confident adjustments.

3. Illuminated Reticle
The Deploy MIL reticle is illuminated to enhance visibility in low-light conditions or against dark backgrounds. The illumination control is typically integrated with the parallax knob or a separate dial. Rotate the dial to adjust the brightness level to suit ambient light conditions.
Maintenance
1. Cleaning the Lenses
To clean the lenses, first use a soft brush or compressed air to remove any dust or loose debris. Then, apply a small amount of lens cleaning fluid to a microfiber lens cloth and gently wipe the lens surfaces. Avoid using abrasive materials or excessive pressure, which can scratch the coatings. The EXO Barrier™ protection helps repel water, oil, dust, and debris, making cleaning easier.

2. Cleaning the Riflescope Body
Wipe down the exterior of the riflescope with a soft, damp cloth to remove dirt or smudges. For stubborn grime, a mild soap solution can be used, followed by wiping with a clean, damp cloth. Ensure all moisture is removed before storage.
3. Storage
Store your riflescope in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. If storing for extended periods, consider using a desiccant packet to absorb moisture. Keep lens caps on to protect the glass surfaces.
Troubleshooting
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Blurry Image / Unclear Target | Incorrect parallax setting; Eyepiece not focused; Dirty lenses. | Adjust parallax to target distance; Re-focus fast focus eyepiece; Clean lenses as per maintenance section. |
| Reticle Not Illuminating | Battery low or dead; Illumination dial off or set too low; Battery inserted incorrectly. | Replace battery; Turn illumination dial up; Check battery orientation. |
| Turrets Not Adjusting / Stiff | Turrets are locked; Debris in mechanism. | Pull up on the turret cap to unlock; Clean around the turret base. |
| Inconsistent Point of Impact | Loose mounting rings; Damaged scope; Incorrect zeroing procedure. | Check and tighten mounting rings; Contact Bushnell support if scope is damaged; Review zeroing procedure. |
